LEVEL: A/B - This is a fun weekly mountain bike ride in Granite Bay. It will be approximately 2 hours long and re-group every 15 min. All rider levels are welcome!
LEVEL: ALL - This is a ladies medium paced mountain bike ride. It will be approximately 2 hours long and re-group every 15 min. Distances will vary from 7 to 14 miles. This is great training for all levels of ladies out there!
LEVEL: B - The rides range from 2-3+ hours, 2-4,000 feet of climbing and average 17 - 18 mph over the length of the ride. There is usually an option to take a shorter route. Participants should have good bike handling skills and know how to ride in a pace line. There are no drop rides. You must wear a helmet and be able to change a flat (please bring spare tubes and CO2 cartridges please!).
LEVEL: C - The C ride is a recreational ride geared for all levels of riders. The rides will last approximately 2hrs and will be a mix of trail and road riding. They are no drop rides and we encourage everyone no matter what their skill level might be to come out and join the ride.
LEVEL: A - 35 miles with 3 sprint points and 2 regrouping stops. This ride will have your heart rate at maximum capacity! * Weather Permitting *
