Dr Dan Rudd is a husband, father, grandfather, triathlete and psychologist. He loves training and racing with his sons and friends. He has completed over 200 triathlons, including 20 half Ironman and 8 Ironman races.
Dr Dan has studied the impact of emotion on health for over 40 years. He has been excited about the emergence of Positive Psychology and affective neuroscience and loves speeding the word about Emotional Fitness to as many people as possible! His favorite motto is: “The Winner is the Person Who has the Most Fun!”
